Training

Orange Farm Equipments has a full-fledged training department at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This training center is primarily to train in-house service technicians & dealer technicians on maintenance and repair of Orange farm Equipemnts products.

This is more suited for demonstrators and sales persons. The course aims at providing the person with an insight on Operational safety, Efficient use of the machine, maintenance procedures, etc.

This course is aimed at experienced mechanics to enable them to perform full diagnostics, troubleshooting of Orange Farm Equipments products.

Warranty

Transportation charges on the parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by the customer/Dealer.

• Warranty claim is only against Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
• Wrong handling and misuse of the machinery will not be covered under warranty.
• Warranty claim will be recognized only if it satisfies the warranty regulations of the Company.
• All Orange Farm Equipments products must be delivered, installed and serviced by Authorized Orange Farm Equipments distributor / dealer.
• A proof of purchase receipt will be required to obtain warranty.
• Premature wear caused by dirt, dust or other abrasive material that has entered into the engine or gearbox due to improper maintenance so not claim in warranty.
• In this cases not covered warranty Damage to components because of insufficient oil, incorrect grade of oil or contaminated oil.
